Reinforced scaffold sheeting in the wider 3m format, for weather protection and debris containment on tube & fitting and modular scaffold systems. Waterproof and UV-stabilised, with reinforced banding and eyelets along the length of the roll so you can vary the tying frequency to match the wind exposure on the job.

The 3m width covers more lift height per roll than the 2m format, which means fewer horizontal joins, less overlap waste and faster installation on taller elevations. Sold per pallet of 20 rolls at direct B2B pricing, with the roll price shown up front. Stocked in the EU.

Important: sheeting changes the wind load on your scaffold

A sheeted scaffold catches wind that an open scaffold lets through, and the forces transferred into the ties, standards and the building facade increase substantially. Sheeting carries a considerably higher load than debris netting, so a scaffold designed as open — or designed for netting — must be re-checked before it is sheeted. Extra ties are often required. Scaffold design in Europe follows EN 12811; in the UK, TG20 compliance sheets cover sheeted configurations. Check with your scaffold designer before ordering.

Fixing and use

• Fix through the reinforced banding, never through the plain sheet.
• Use shock cord ties or elasticated toggles rather than cable ties — they absorb movement instead of tearing.
• Overlap adjacent rolls and tie through both layers so wind and water cannot get behind the sheet.
• Tension evenly. Loose sections act as a sail and concentrate load at the fixings.
• Inspect after every storm and after any lift adjustment.
• Remove from the top down as the scaffold comes down.

This product is for weather protection and debris containment. It is not fall-arrest safety netting, which is a separate product tested to EN 1263-1.
