Compact pads for defined support points

The 100 × 200 mm format is ready to position without cutting a roll. Select the number and placement of pads to suit the actual support loads and contact area. Typical applications include precast wall panels, stair units, beams and architectural concrete components, where the support design allows this pad size.

Non-marking protection for sensitive concrete

The material helps reduce the risk of black marks and colour transfer on sensitive surfaces. Its grey appearance helps distinguish it from conventional black mats. Check compatibility with the actual concrete finish and keep contact surfaces clean before loading.

Selecting and using the pads

A smaller pad provides less contact area than a larger pad. Determine the required support area from the local load rather than the overall cargo weight alone. Follow the applicable product documentation and load-securing plan. Mats complement the required restraints; they do not replace them. Inspect pads before reuse.
