Grey non-marking anti-slip pads for precast concrete transport, 200 × 250 × 8 mm. These ready-cut concrete transport mats help increase grip at suitable contact points while reducing the risk of black marks and colour transfer on sensitive concrete surfaces. Supplied in pallets of 2,500 pieces for regular factory dispatches and concrete transport operations.

Ready-cut pads for concrete loading teams

The fixed 200 × 250 mm format provides consistent pad dimensions without cutting a roll for each load. Position the pads at the support points defined for the concrete element, with enough contact area to carry the local load. Typical applications include precast panels, concrete stairs, balcony units, beams and other prefabricated components.

Protect visible concrete finishes

Architectural concrete and exposed faces require care during handling and transport. The non-marking material is intended for sensitive cargo; its grey colour also helps teams distinguish it from conventional black mats. Surface compatibility depends on the concrete finish and contact conditions, so check suitability for the actual element.

Base pad selection on the load at each support, the effective contact area and the securing plan. The published pressure limit is not a total vehicle or element weight rating. Keep contact surfaces clean and use suitable restraints alongside the mats.
